Sales Events Manager
Jodi is your gal! A coordinator for over 15 years and a detail orientated person for life. She graduated from Marquette University in Marketing and Management and continued on to the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago achieving a degree in Culinary Arts. She married Brian in 2014 in your family home and they now have two cute sons, Jax and Cooper! Her passion is planning events from start to finish. Culinary art is not only a part of her job but amongst other things her favorite thing to do in her free time. Growing up she loved to throw a great party and who knew that her passion would one day turn into a profession that she loves!
Jodi has also been recognized by the National Association for Catering & Events in their Member Spotlight for her excellence in the Catering world.

“Carm loves people and people love Carm” She grew up in the restaurant business and has been in the hospitality industry since she was a young girl. She knows what it takes to make the customer happy and feel truly heard. She will go above and beyond for your special event & make you feel like family. She also loves a good Theme!
Fun fact: Carm actually got married at Biagio Banquets 35 years ago to her husband, John. She has 3 beautiful children, and 2 adorable grandsons.
