Planning a wedding or another kind of special event is a big deal and a lot of work, we get that. With Biagio's In House catering options, we will take care of everything so you can focus on creating lasting memories. With fully customizable menu options from hors d'oeuvres to desserts, you are sure to find options you and your guests will love.
Presently, 10.75% Tax and 20% Service Fee – subject to change without notice
Valet is mandatory at $300 flat fee per evening reservation. If you are having a daytime event the fee is $150. Simply note ‘complimentary valet service’ on your invitations so your guests know they can pull right up to our doors. Tipping is always appreciated.

A menu tasting is included in the package for the bride and groom. We recommend tastings to be scheduled 4 months prior to the event date. Should you wish to try the food prior to signing a contract, it is $50 per person. If you sign a contract on the day, the charge is waived. Final menu selections are due 6 weeks prior to the event date.
We recommend cake tastings be scheduled at least 4 months prior. Baking Institute is our preferred bakery. They can be reached to schedule appointments at 847.727.5900 or www.bakinginsitute.com. If you choose to provide your own cake, the amount allocated to the cake in our packages becomes a cake cutting fee.
We commit to 2 hours prior to the event start time for setup. However, should there be availability to setup earlier we will determine that 2 weeks prior at your finalization appointment. Tear down must be complete within 1 hour after the end of the event. If you require more than 2 hours for setup time and would like to guarantee that time ahead, additional fees will apply.

We would be happy to setup your champagne flutes, cake cutter & server, your guestbook, favors, table numbers and place cards. Clients that choose to provide their own linens must pay a $200 setup fee. All items that Biagio’s is setting up will need to be dropped off 72 hours prior to the event date.
We would like you to use those on our recommended vendor list, but you can use outside vendors. We highly suggest outside vendors to visit the venue prior to the day to ensure we discuss Biagio’s requirements. They are also required to sign off on our vendor sheet.
Yes, we do. There is no additional charge for this, but tips are always appreciated. If you would like to pay for coat check the fee of $3 per person will be added to your contract.

One hour prior to the event start time. We do not allow hair and makeup services in our bridal suites.
Absolutely! We would be happy to serve a signature drink in place of our champagne service.
Belvedere can source most requests for you. If we cannot source your requested drink, you are welcome to bring it for a corkage charge of $15 per 750ml bottle. There will also be a $1000 damage fee (this will be refunded to you two weeks after the conclusion of your event if thre is no damage) applied to all events that bring in their own alcohol.
We have a “no shot” policy within our packages. Should your guests like shots they can purchase them at our Legno Restaurant.
It is not allowed into Biagio’s and must be put in either your hotel room or your car

Our liquor license runs till 1am on Saturday.

Yes, we love live music in your event space! Keep sounds levels at a reasonable level.
There is a $400 fee to use the piano in the lobby. The piano does not move into the spaces.
20% deposit at time of signing the contract and then interval payments – usually at 9- months, 6- months, and 3- months prior to wedding date. We accept all forms of payments (3% fee for credit cards) except for the final which needs to be cash or cashier’s check. You are of course welcome to make additional payments at any time. Final payment is required 2 weeks prior.
2 weeks prior we will solidify the final contract and take final payment. After this time, you may increase your guests count/package until 72 hours prior when no further amendments are to be made. On the day, the actual guest count may not exceed the final guest count by more than 2%.
All deposits/ payments are nonrefundable.
Yes! Once a contract is signed with Biagio, you will receive 15% off at our partner locations. Ask your Event Manager for details.

If your package includes a Tasting, please schedule this with your Event Coordinator. At your Tasting, you will finalize your Menu and Linen choices.
14 Days:
Finalize your Guest Count
Your Final Payment is Due 14 days before your event. No personal checks will be accepted after this date. Please refer to your Contract for payment details.
Finalize your Floor Plan. Your Event Coordinator will work out a Floor Plan with you to accommodate your Guest Seating as well as any other items which will be included in your event. (ie, Place Card Table, Gift Table, DJ Table, Photo Booth, Head Table, Stage, Registration Table, Cocktail Tables, etc.) If you have special requests such as Projection Screen, Podium, High Chairs, Easels, please let your Event Coordinator know IN ADVANCE so that we may try to accommodate you. Sometimes these items may already be in use or not available.
Finalize any Décor Items (ie, Centerpiece Options, Lighting, Specialty Linens, and Custom Rentals)
Finalize your Timeline (ie, Guest Arrival, Cocktails/Hors d’oeuvres, Welcome/Intro/Prayer, Meal Service, and Event End)

24-48 hours:
Last minute Finalization of Count. We can usually accommodate a few last minute additions at the standard per person rate. Should you have too many guests at your event and we need to set an additional table, there are per person charges as well as additional table charges. Please refer to your contract for details.
Provide any Place Cards, Table Numbers, and Favors or Bar Supplements to your Event Coordinator.
The Monday After: It is our hope that when you leave at the end of your event you will have taken all the important things with you. We will collect anything left behind, including alcohol and have it available for pick-up in our Office on the Monday following your event. If you cannot come Monday to pick it up, please call us to discuss holding items longer. Any items not claimed will be discarded or donated.
